Jefferies says that during recent meetings, Qihoo 360 (QIHU) management confirmed cooperation with Google (GOOG), with Google's ad system accessing into Qihoo search. Management also expects no meaningful impact from Baidu's (BIDU) investment in Kingsoft, according to Jefferies. The firm raised its price target for Qihoo 360 shares to $38 from $35 and reiterates a Buy rating on the stock.
