QIHU announced yet another new product today, wireless router security software. Research shows that 32% of wireless routers in China are vulnerable to hacking. About 5% (20 million) of them are already hacked. The main reason for for these hackers are to change the DNS of the router to feed the users with pop up ads to gain ad revenue, to direct traffic to other sites to gain traffic volume and thus boost ad rate, and to direct the users to phishing sites. QIHU's new product will examine, monitor, report, and protect the wireless routers. There are about 500 million Internet users in China. Over 95% of them access wifi from time to time through either their own routers or someone else'.
