He sold 8,000 shares at $2.50 for $20,000 . He still has a lil over 120,000 shares. If there was a problem with the company , I would think the CFO would know about it............. And would have sold more than 6.25% of his stock. Why would he continue to hold 93.75% of his stock in this loser?? I think you can figure that out. The 3,000 shares were cancelled for tax purposes like Herbert.
Record earnings are at hand.
Yes ....minor support was $2.47 & major support is $1.98. These numbers wont change anytime soon. $3.74 will be re-tested and the secondary resistance is $6.50 and corresponds to the current point & figure count.
Okay idiot. Let's try to explain this to you. If Demedio tried to sell all his shares because as you put it, "If there was a problem with the company , I would think the CFO would know about it............. And would have sold more than 6.25% of his stock.", there might be an issue. You see, there is a little organization called the SEC and no they do not have football. But they do have a term they use when insiders use information that is not available to the general public to determine whether to buy or sell a stock. That term is "insider trading" and you go to jail for that, unless of course you happen to be a member of the United States Congress.
