MTGE hits all-time high this morning!
Congrats. to those who perservered the Nov. dip.
I sold 80% of my MTGE today at 26.62,
thinking a pullback will occur sometime pre-ex(25.52?),
affording me the opportunity to get more cheaper.
I also think there's increasing risk of a spo at these high prices.
Management probably would want to issue it BEFORE the dividend announcement.
It's a way for them to burn last-year's excess earnings.
By announcing a spo before/with the div. management remains transparent,
and no dividend cut will help to spur spo share sales.
23.92 standing order maybe?
