I stand corrected. Here are your accurate numbers:7/05 7/06
Inventory 74M 124M
Sales 153M 216M
Inventory has ballooned nearly 70%!!!! while revenues have increased 40% ---- inventory nearly double the growth rate of sales. Redoing the math it looks like 67.5% inventory growth versus 41.2% revenue growth. That would be closer to 64% higher than revenue growth but you and you alone speak the truth:"Inventory has ballooned nearly 70%!!!! while revenues have increased 40% ---- inventory nearly double the growth rate of sales." Maybe a little exaggeration? Of course we should ignore the explanation in the conference call and heed only your advice. But thanks for the most cohesive short arguement we've seen on the board. Definitely something anyone long the stock should keep an eye on. Congratulations on your past short sale success, but I think you might be waiting 90 days for the proof of whether you're right or wrong. CWTR will most likely meander until the next CC with a little pre-CC run up. If I wanted to be short I'd sell in the 2-3 days before. Best of luck from a pumpper.
