The gross margins coupled with the increase in same store sales are going to test year highs +/- 9.20. Dennis Pence did see profitability one and a half years ahead and the CPA/General counsel/Controller/CFO pitched in to reaffirm. Here is my 2 cents the profit 2011 is + 0.14 to 0.18 and if same store sales is between 2.8% to as high as 8% then this stock spirals to $ 19 woohoo as they say
My guess is it stalls around 8 and trades in a 6-9 range until it can prove its ability to be profitable. After that, p/e and growth will determine price, not insolvency risk, and it then has a fair chance at the teens.
