That 6 cents was very generous - read the agreement's fine print when you can: most of the purported 140 million is already baked into existing agreements. But take the two-thirds of it that gives you six cents, and subtract the 100 million in legal costs over 2 years (equal to 12 cents/share each year), and, you have ... what? ... from this pig of a law suit? ... -6 cents/share. Only a hockey team owner used to massive losses could consider this a good result.
