My wife's family owns some property right next to where they are going to build a Walmart in Ensenada. They just started the grading and I'll will bet it will be open for business within a month. And if any of the workers know about the bribery scandal, they sure are slowing down because of it. It will damage the parent company much more than it will damage Walmex. I bought some Walmex early yesterday.
