My "legal" understanding of this is basically the judge ruled that OPTI's positions were upheld (at least most of them) It is usually the winning side who writes up the motion. (no i am not an attorney)
I have heard the same as Racer. That being that OPTI won on all counts and AAPL lost on all counts. PR can't be issued until judge gives his decision in writing which is a little late in coming due the holidays. The hearing was the morning before Thanksgiving so I'm sure the judge was eager to get out for the holiday weekend. We should see something later today or tomorrow.
