I do my weekly stock screening every Sunday looking for great value stocks (usually go through about 1000, then narrow it down to 50 in the technology space)
Why is CLRO cheap? I know about the products, and I know Polycom is the behemoth in the industry. But, the company is making money and the insiders are buying... so, my question is... why is this stock not at $4?

Princetontiger88, you ran your stock screening program correctly. This is indeed a grossly undervalued company. The answer to your question (Why is CLRO so cheap?) is that corrupt and incompetent management have depressed earnings for nearly a decade. If one could wave a magic wand and remove the corrupt management, the employees running the underlying business would crank out annual earnings exceeding $0.80 with CLRO easily soaring above $10.
