Rates aren't going to climb very much even with a tapering since there just isn't any serious inflation in the foreseeable future, and gold is clearly telling us that as well. This isn't a Mreit where changes in interest rates matters. In fact with higher rates they get to charge more to new borrowers. If you want to profit take that is fine but I see this as a slow but steady rising stock which will start to grow its yield. I feel the same with NCT too. These are stocks that many can afford and derive excellent income off of.
