on the pgr conference call they mentioned that three agency only insurance companies are now the wards of the state. apparantly 100000 policyholders are now up for grabs. anyone know anything about this?
National Auto & Casualty, Alistar, and Legion are now all under regulatory supervision and most likely will be liquidated. Not sure that it will have much impact in CA.
i heard that survival is having a hard time trying to find another major carrier to write for them. word is bristol west turned them down.
