    Krumme decided

Krumme goes against MCY...great for the large small and medium agents...bad for the bucket shops...in the long run, MCY will be better off. Better loss ratios and higher retention means more profit...what will AON do with AIS?????

Where are the know it alls now??? with all your personal agendas???? Oh ya, wishing you were a Mercury agent or at least working for one.

This is the beginning of even greater results for Mercury...the silver lining is bright, will turn in to gold for the long term agents.

    Take it to the bank.

    • Old news.....Krumme going against Mercury will help agent's loss ratios? Explain. Mercury appointing agents left and right in California.....don't see how that will help Mercury agents since the pie is getting smaller and smaller.

      • Final descision just released yesterday..so check your facts..Mercury appealed..better loss ratios, Well the large agencies that don't underwrite and live off broker fees for advertising will now have to change, AIS being the main agency..there are some others, South Coast and that thing your speeding on...Customers will now be going to the better Mercury agencies that underwrite and have higher retention levels..It will hurt Mercury in the short term (cash flow) but in the long run..better business written with better retention...read the final judgement that was released yesterday and what the courts requirements are.
