This company treats employees worse than Wal-Mart

This company treats its staff....worse than Wal-Mart. I've been told that if this was a slave would whip its staff to become more productive. Motivation is "If you want a job, do as your told, NOW!" It downplays employee productivity and inflates any negativity in order to make an excuse from giving appropriate compensation during an annual review.

    • You've been told... What a useless comment. I was told that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Certainly in a company with over 4,000 employees, there will be some that are unhappy. I expect that with that size of a company, there are some managers that are less than stellar, so some employees probably have legitimate concerns.

But you've been told?? That's pretty lame. The thing is, this is still America. No one has to work at Mercury. I never understand why any employee would stay if the management was bullying and exploiting the staff. Yet there are a lot of long-time employees. I have not been told that. I know them, and I am one of them.
