Maybe management can cut salaries after the two major layoffs...Some major cost cutting needs to take place....uping the dividend will not keep up with the stock price loss....
It's done this a few times in the past but always bounces back to the mid 40s. Meanwhile, they keep paying the dividends. The family owns a lot of the stock and they like the divs too, I guess.
