Levin is making major Management changes. l am glad to see Levin become more aggressive and believe it will provide hope for shareholders. As far as manipulation, for years these market makers have continuously defied stock technicals and taken teva wherever they were inclined. gl
With 3rd quarter earnings now out of the way all eyes are focused on the 12/11 presentation. I am not surprised the stock cannot hold above the $41.50 level, too much uncertainty at the moment. The fundamentals in this case do not apply. We have been at the $41.50 level more times than I care to remember, only to fall back. We do not have long to wait now, I only hope Levin's presentation is not a dud. There is much riding on this and it is a huge opportunity for him to show investors and the industry where this company is headed. I hope he capitalizes on it. When he spoke last week he didn't give any hint (at least I didn't see any) of what he plans on speaking about. I am optimistic because Levin did not get to be where he is by not showing results. We have already seen a bunch of management changes, so no need to make that such a big issue. We already know about the stock buyback program over the next 3 years. By the way, there were no stock repurchases in the 3rd quarter. Good Luck Everyone!
