Teva gets patent for Baraclude thrown out and they
are not ready to go with the generic. Only 240 million
in US sales, but worldwide it's 1.4 billion yearly. Great
Pardon me, but does the analyst from Canaccord feel this is all taking longer than expected?
I know he's upset this worldwide monster hasn't turned it around in 6 months. tic gl tex
What the he11? Their generic is not FDA approved yet, so how do you expect them to sell it? Once regulatory hurdles are clear, then they will scale it up and sell it.
More mindless bashing from the know-nothings.
You all missed the point. They could have gotten the FDA approval
ahead of time. It should have started long ago when they challenged
the patent. Touchy, touchy.
Bottomeater - regarding your writing: "Teva gets patent for Baraclude thrown out and they are not ready to go with the generic."
Bottomeater - Don't be ridiculous and give Teva a break!!!
What did you want Teva to do? Manufacture 10,000,000 pills of Generic Baraclude even BEFORE they know that they are going to win the case!!!???
If Teva already has the Generic Baraclude ready – then simply manufacturing the pills should not take too long and they may be offering it to the market in a relatively short time.
P.S. CD – may I suggest that you start getting back in... maybe... :)
