Dividend is not big enough to maintain the interest of the market. sure teva can dig itself out of its value hole and value investors have got to love it here. value investors are a patient lot but think teva has a large growth investor/momentum and shorter term investor population. Hence to unlock teva value a sale to another big US pharma or conglomerate jnj comes to mind could be benefit to teva shareholder and the likes of jnj who would see immediate earnings gain. teva is pretty cheap here do you think it could happen?
Just wondering how teva could get out of its value hole and unlock shareholder value. They need the expertise of ameircan buisness now that its reached this size. Obvious the management has not done right for the shareholder for sometime. I do think if teva share price comes down enough it might attract a white nite takeover bid. I wonder if the government of Israel would block its sale?
