    • So you're saying that the US is like Donald Trump, we borrowed so much money that we've got everyone by the balls?
Cool. Maybe you're not a head bobbin, beaked robin, unimoron.
Okay, "I was a besmirched snitt, Uglyducks not an imbecile, he's a moron"

      From Reuters
      Thursday, February 10, 2005

NEW YORK -- Foreign central banks were net sellers
of U.S. Treasuries for the third week in a row in the
latest week, Federal Reserve data showed on Thursday.

The amounts sold so far have been minor compared with
their massive holdings, but could still heighten recent
concerns that foreign central banks were losing their
appetite for buying ever more U.S. debt.

The Fed said its overall holdings of Treasury and agency
debt kept for overseas central banks fell by $4.98 billion
in the week ending Feb. 9, to stand at $1.339 trillion.

The breakdown of custody holdings showed overseas
central banks sold a net $4.66 billion of Treasuries, on
top of a $12 billion drop the previous week. That still
leaves total holdings at $1.05 trillion, or more than a
quarter of all marketable Treasuries outstanding.
The fundmentals have not and can not change reguardless of temporary swings in the markt price, this makes acumulation a simple matter of just buying on the pull backs with a virtual certinty that LONG TERM the price must and will go UP!

Spot SILVER has jmped to $7.15 and GOLD to $419.20 this morning!

      BUY right,SIT TIGHT!

    • I don't know Duck. If they listened to Michael, they would have bought KO stock with gold at $325. Michael says gold is now topped out. That might make his KO bet the one to listen to!!!

    • QWAK,IF they had listened to ME over 4 years ago and sold KO and bought GOLD they would be UP over 70% and by the time they do retire they would likely do so EARLY and FIRST CLASS!

      the DUCK

    • That's what it would have to trade at to regain it's high.
People who put everything in KO were spared the market crash, but they have treaded water.
Ten years ago most KO investors were certain they'd be retired by now on their KO stock alone.
Now, they're not only still working hard, making less, but they have to be tortured by that confounded duck.

    • QWAK,jr69, LOL---YOU SOoooooooooo FUN! :)

    • Being an artist doesn't open the door for you to act like you have a mental desease.

My "attitude" here is driven out of frustration caused by b.s. political posts made by a few school yard behaving individuals. In the process of asking them to stop - I've been called names, been accused of immoral acts, etc.

Maybe you think I should get over it. Well duck, maybe you too should get over it.

I won't be driven out and I sure won't be taking suggestions from hacks on how to behave after being attacked.

      Go back to your paints.
