    KO's ballooning debt

Over the last five years, the Coca-Cola company's long-term and short-term debt load has ballooned. I really don't like this in the company. Also, looking at the last five years of cash flow statements - particularly the financing cash flow sections - I don't like the fact the company issue debt to cover its dividend payments and share buybacks. I want to see those things covered using the company's free cash flow - and not by new debt issuance.
