We believe Aware's StratiPHY technology represents a key component in Qwest's strategy and est that indirect royalty payments from this project should contribute ~$0.05 to the bottom line in FY08. Firm also views Qwest and T's commitment to FTTN as a strong endorsement of copper access and believe high margin royalty rev from Aware's growing list of licensees will contribute materially to EPS in FY08.

25k shares traded in the last 10 minutes yesterday.

They screwed me on that one. I jumped MERI's bid at 4.11 just above their 5000 share bid at 4.10. Then they pulled their bid. Shame on me for falling for the oldest trick in the book...lol
It seems like something is up. 50K shares yesterday and I bet we get at least that today as well. While still ridiculously low volume, the 30 day ADV sits at 29K. -
I'm dissapointed to see Merriman at the top of the ask after making these comments on Dec 19...
