NoShitSherlock. We are not asking Aware to book income that has not occurred. We are asking them to disclose their connection to significant future income by virtue of the agreement made to use our patent asset to secure a financial benefit from the several device makers. This is not an accounting issue. Mr Mobag cannot use this kind of ignorance as a defense. The ice is giving way beneath you. Do the right thing.
