FD how many Aware
patents remain at Aware?
It is being used, in one way or another, increasingly frequently by operating companies in the US, which for whatever reason decide they would prefer not to become involved in patent monetisation programmes that may involve aggressive assertion. NPEs that I can think of off the top of my head which have had close relationships with operating companies at some time or another include: Rockstar, RoundRock, Acacia, MOSAID, Intellectual Ventures, Sisvel and IPCom.
We do see in Aware disclosure discussion some of the NPEs listed above.Sentiment: Strong Buy

Ironic, you invested in a company whose value is entirely tied up in its mathematics knowhow. Yet you are unable to do simple addition and subtraction. I wonder what brought you here. Oh thats right, you live on a beach spnsored by Aware Biometrics. Is that the one with raw sewage pouring out of the pipes?

Acacia and Intellectual Ventures have been involved with Aware patents at one level or another over time. Would a back-end contigency clause need to be disclosed if it was not triggered?
