    HR Dept: Scott Long

    NCR - you hired a guy by the name of Scott Long as a Director of Sourcing. Scott signed a non-compete clause with you and promply left the company within the last few months (when presumably you asked him to work for a living). Somehow Scott was able to get NCR to hire 2 -3 other SunTrust rejects - Mark James & Jason East. When Scott left NCR, he violated his non-compete clause by hiring both Mark and Jason at the Yellow Pages Company (in Decatur). If I were you, I'd go after him for breaking his contract (even though their departure is most definately your gain). Scott has a history of bringing people with him to whichever company is dumb enough to hire him; because he knows that he would be exposed if he had to actually manage people that he didn't know (which is why he brings his "D-team" players / country-bumpkins with him to insulate himself). Long, James, and East are all low level performers with limited intelligence and ethical standards. In fact, my sources at SunTrust indicated that Long was fired for ethical / moral standards. Great hiring job NCR. Are you going to let him get away with breaking his non-compete??
