NCR shares were priced at $25 by Bill Nuti in October, 2007. Over six years later NCR barely trades at 26. Over that time Bill has tried to sell pieces of the company, but could not; has tried to sell himself to other Executive Committees, but could not; has routed R&D so that it must now be purchased from the outside and has reduced NCR's regard in the market. All, while his personal fortune has grown at a far greater rate then NCR shareholder value. I ask again, why does this board retain Bill Nuti ?
Are they really making you pay your own cell phone bill or just your personal calls part? In the 90"s they had us pay a nominal fee to use the company phone for personal use, but then they stopped that. Still the same old NCR, can't see the dollars for the dimes in front of their eyes!
