You really are on a roll about this far east thing. First - there are a billion Indians and they don't have any money. They will pay "a buck" to sit in an AC theater for 4 hours and watch some Bollywood garbage. No market. There is a huge market in China, however, and it will surpass the US in 2015, but there are restrictions on how many Hollywood films the govt will let in. Guess what? The whole ODW deal is all about addressing this: Making sure DW films are on screens in China, making sure China feels "proud" of "their" work, and keeping a SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER PERCENTAGE of the ticket price. The CEO has been brilliant in this area.
The CEO should be brilliant in insuring the company makes movies that do not have $80 million writeoffs and delays because of rewrites and whatever other problems they are having with films currently under development
