Every time it has passed $10, I have gone short. At its current level, there is significant downside potential and virtually zero upside. The company's operating model is extremely flawed, almost to the point of resembling a scam.
When you make $6K in one quarter, you aren't a real company, particularly when you have been around for years. The company is set up to try and exploit the water problems of California and use its capabilities to extort money from farmers they expect will need it.
