The Chinese are very good at manipulating markets - and they freely admit to do so to keep prices low. We have seen a number of violent sell-off over the last year, but on a positive note it seems like to new low is still somewhat higher each time. That is a positive sign provided the price holds at around the $1.30 level. Next couple of days should tell the tale.
Taseko should probably be making another shipment to Asian very soon. It would be nice to see a rebound before they book this shipment. If I remember correctly, I think the 1st shipment in December was at about $1.41 per pound.
Hopefully we should start to see a bottom in the overall selling taking place in the market. I believe we saw the same type of selling last year and then after 3-4 days prices started to trend up.
