FN:Prosperity = US Conservatives:Health Care Reform.

For 20 years FN has said their dispute was just over the lake, now it's clear they will make up any excuse that's convenient at the moment to oppose Prosperity or any mining project in Canada for that matter. They are against Prosperity, no matter what.

Just like US Conservatives who controlled all levers of government in the US for 4 solid years and did nothing to advance healthcare reform are simply against healthcare reform of any kind. That's why they adamantly oppose the Conservative RomneyCare which is a US Conservative Healthcare plan that Barack Obama happened to propose at the federal level(except ObamaCare included AIRTIGHT restrictions on abortion to pretty much execute anybody who even came within 100 feet of abortion clinic if they received a subsidy). They were against ClintonCare because it was more government control and used that as an excuse. Now they are just sick of any kind of healthcare reform, period, mostly because it will come at the expense of their new base voters: seniors, pure selfishness of Seniors who have their unpaid for Medicare Part D so screw the rest of you.
