    Why Should One Believe Them?

NO DGL availability announcement in Q2. It has all bee another Tokman lie. Pioneer will NOT release an after market HUD in 2012 and WoweOne will NOT release an obsolete projector any time this year. It will not happen. As usual, the only thing you will hear from Microvision this year are vague stories of sales that will never materialize and news of dilution.

Looks to me like BK is very close

just around the corner appears to be a BK filing. Will they make it to the next cc? Interesting times for MVIS. IMHO. Good luck.

      Adding this to white's list.

Re: Somebody asked about an upfront payment from Pioneer

What I am thinking is that a royalty is paid to MVIS by Pioneer per unit for any units that they produce for themselves. Then there is also an agreement for Pioneer to supply MVIS with product so that they can in turn sell that product to others as either an engine all by itself or incorporated into a product that MVIS produces. Now, if Pioneer anticipated that the royalties that they must pay are less than the money they will receive for the products that they produce for MVIS, they are looking at this as a sale rather than a purchase. If MVIS is looking to use Pioneer as the manufacturer of the product that they in turn sell to others, then they might only have them manufacture what is sold by them and sell them at a markup from what is agreed upon in the so called "definitive agreement", thus creating their revenue stream. It all makes perfect sense and Pioneer may or may not even use this technology in their product if I understand it correctly.
      Good luck.

What in he11 do you or anyone else know what the agreement says. It's all bu11sheet speculation which means zip.

I think that it's pretty obvous to those of us that have been around the block a few times. Those of you that are simple minded blind pumpers would likely have trouble understanding how we know what we know and guess what we guess.

      IMHO

The company continues its trend of lower highs and lower lows since 2004.

We believe Pioneer ceased its relationship with MVIS last month...
