Merely the singleR&D deal that's signed -- and because it's an ongoing negotiation -- prevents any insider from buying. If there are also undisclosed event, such as pending HUD sales, or any other deal within a reasonable period, such as 9 months, insiders are prohibited from buying. If they've discussed calling the warrants this year, insiders can't buy. It's nearly unimaginable that insiders have a window to purchase anytime in the short-to mid term.
who knows. I like the tech but the company lost its credibility with me a long time ago. the tech is too good not to have a position. Back to hibernation. looked like movement for awhile but no visibility and it is still under attack.
why would they-----this Alec Tokman. Suppport the pps and the ever suffering longs that have kept him fat, dumb and happy? NOt a chance. This guy is the worst CEO I have ever come accross in my life. You are right in that he shourl be able to say something in defence of this company, but he won't, ever.
A nice, and easy pick me up is always the insider buy. These folks don't seem to do much of that though. Now would be a good time for the top folks to get 10 or 20 thousand shares.
But it's doomed to drift until someone lets them toot the whistle. They never seem to have news that will sustain a rally, and until they do they'll just drift around from spike to spike. I'd still be happy to see 5 bucks by the end of the year. I don't need, or foresee the rocket ride, as much as a slow assent, and I don't like seeing the capitulation to downward pressure all the time....but they don't chose to react. If it's still like this in a year, I'll worry, but, for now it's just Mvis being Mvis
