If you even understood a little about what is required to make a laser based pico projector, you would realize that these lasers are pretty useless for building one. It take about 100mW at 530nm of green light to make a 20 lumen LBS projector. So the higher powered one will support something less than 10 lumens and the 30mw will support less than 7 lumens. The market value of a 10 lumen projector is less than the green lasers alone will cost.
It is not so much a ramp up of "production" as it is selling a few samples for scientific purposes that are pretty well useless for a volume product.

"The product range includes single-mode green laser diodes with 50-mW optical output in the 515- to 530-nm range and 30-mW output power at 510 to 530 nm"
