Would BWP shoot up to PPS of MWE or MWE slide down to PPS of BWP

It looks like MWE is worth the same or less than BWP ... Is BWP showing a huge run up potential or MWE is showing a huge downfall potential ...

    • By 2015 possibly BWP could be at current PPS (above $72) of MWE as profit starts flowing in from BLUE GRASS PIPELINE ... but where would WME be PPS be in 2015 over $100 (less than 1.4x of current PPS of $72) ...

BWP reaching $50 PPS in 2015 itself would be over 3.5x gain from current PPS of $13 where as MWE could be way lower than current PPS or gain at the most 1.4 x ...

Most probably that is why MWE looks to be worth the same or less than BWP ... Is BWP showing a huge run up potential or MWE is showing a huge down slide potential ...

    • They aren't all that similar but BWP cashflow issues highlight a big problem with MLP's. They are capital intensive companies investing in pipelines with a finite lifespan and high maintenance costs. Since so many of them throw off most if not all of their income to shareholders, at some point they have to dilute you or cut the dividend.

    • sounds like you have absolutely no idea what these companies do or how to compare them.
MWE and BWP are hardly comparable - even though they are both MLPs, they are in different business and different locations. Not even apples and oranges, more like apples to a loaf of bread.
