Sell SID and GGB. He may influence the market in the immediate term - but he knows nothing. My bet is that both of these stocks show more appreciation over the next two years than any stock Tim holds. He recommends his book in the hope he can make some quick profits from those stupid enough to follow him. Near term I have no idea where either of these stocks are going; however, over the next two years it is my bet that both of these stocks far exceed the general market.
His call is based on a chart and the run up since July. He is not an analyst in this sector. Having said that, the situation is always fluid, so if you have a profit, you might want to set your limits. You can always buy it back. Good luck.
Of course he is wrong and clueless. He wants people to put money in the Eastern Block emerging economies :). What a looser and a fraud. SID had more than proven itself this last 6 mths when even Zacks was forecasting doom and gloom when things were out of whack at SID.
I certainly agree with you. The build up in infrastructure needed in the US for the Nat Gas n drilling and the build up for world cups and Olympics for Brazil are great for these two companies. Combine that with the growth starting in Europe and the lack of a hard landing in china bodes well :) Good luck to the longs.
