I moved back in september of 2007. After moving I changed my number to a local number and since that time I have not been able to access my account online or create a new acount with which to check my acount. I have tried on numerous occassions to contact customer service, I have spoken with a person named Dusty and most recently with someone named Andrea. I was told that even though they are not able to take care of my situation in a timely matter that I am stuck with the service and that they will not allow me to terminate without paying a termination fee. This company had no problem taking my business and would ruin my credit if I don't fulfill my obligation to them but they don't feel they have an obligation to me.
