I purchased a cell phone and time (pre-paid) from T-Mobile on 5/18/08. Today I added $100.00 for time and for cause called the T-Mobile Customer Service. To make a long story short the way I was talked to makes me wonder how the company (DT) is still in business. Believe me I will pass this bad service and communication on to others via the net. I have already informed the store I purchased the products and will push them to drop T-Mobile as a vendor. The stock went down 84 cents today. Watch the near/distant future for more minus.
There are many other companies and I will move as soon as my "non-refundable" minutes are used or until 4/21/10.
again people should take heed when I was sold a bad phone from employee using his company card to back up his guarantee which he conveniently just stopped communicating about and the company could care less who is lying or selling on the side using the company.Moral of the story don't expect customer service to all of sudden ever change for the better.
