Problems say - Steer Clear
I generally don't do business with any ccmpany that has questionable business practices.
Any company that has been accused of fraud by its customers or sued by a government entity for deceptive business practices certainly qualifies.
The move to the Pink Sheets is also very, very questionable.
I would not recommend the purchase of T-Mobile products or their stock to anyone. It's simply a bad, poorly run business.
