yes, that is right, now they are free to move forward unhindered in the infringment case against tmobile,
not only that but w/ the doj stiring the pot, this might mean that tmobile will want to dispose of their infringment quickly and settle w/ CLYW, calypso wireless, asnap ;)
clyw has all the big carriers on the hook, vz, att, tmobile, and sprint w/ lightsquared they will be infringing too
