I really need some customer service assistance. My wife and I have been T-Mobile customers since its availability in our area nearly 14 years ago.We have a family plan with 4 lines. We have seen a decline in customer service, but now it is at an all time low. I upgraded to a new phone several months ago. It has been a source of frustration since I obtained it. I took it back to the retail store the very next day. The phone is a Wildfire HTC, It does not work. It has limited memory. So my phone with an unlimited plan and a data plan is reduced to a simple phone that only calls and text. I have called customer service, been to the retail store, the final straw, and the cause of this plea was, Upgrade your forth line, add data and get a new phone for that line. My 70 year old parents do not need their emergency phone to have an unlimited plan with data.
