This is why I use prepaid services. I just spent over 45 minutes on the phone with a horrible supervisor who wants to break down to me, my account can be suspended twice in 1 cycle! How does that make since, If it's paid its paid. Prepaid, they would shut me off, I pay it, it comes back on. Now they have this $20.00 fee stuff and all they have to do is flick a switch for my phone service! Come on now. This is ridiculous and then they get these idiot reps on the phone that make no sense. This company is going down and for good reason.
