bigbopr, thanks. looked at mnr again. remember it now from my march looking. at the time i worried a bit about small size, there was a seeking alpha article that siad something i liked about DCT, and i liked its u.s. and mexico split. about half time i live about 40 miles from their queretaro, mexico property and queretaro is attracting a lot of business. in mexico there is business migration away from places where the narcos have their wars and toward the safest places in mexico. queretaro is in the state of guanajuato which is fine. i gave dct points there. but, still have six figure sum of dry powder from fuji's buyout of SONO so may add some shares of MNR.
i've owned investment real estate for over thirty years. small residential and commercial. in december i started sniffing around for equities that would do well with real estate turnaround. ruled out direct purchases by me, home builders, retailers that have real estate related products, residential and commercial reits. ended up with industrial reits and dct specifically. bought in early march (i think) at $5.70 and the report by dct yesterday is what i was thinking we would start to see.
