When do you think DCT will begin to raise the dividend back to where it was when they initially went public? I think that will cause another catalyst to help move this thing to 7.50
A return to a higher dividend would be nice but is totally dependent on their bottom line. DCT being bought out or merged would be even nicer and is not totally out of the realm of possibility.
