new to the board here , been watching HEK for some time now ..
just a quick note , from my experiences with some small caps ,
to address your frustration ...
the company is headed by it's founder . this is his baby ..
i've seen other companies in the same situation and it
seems that they get mired down until the guy/gal steps
aside and allows someone with less emotion to make
critical decisions , staffing , set business plans and
so on ..
i will continue to watch and to dd with ernest and probably
start a small position soon , but very cautious about
committing too much until i see some more positive
growth initiatives .. .later .. garce
