Dilution is a necessary evil for ALL small biotechs with no commercial products. Companies need cash to function! Good companies time their dilutions to maximize cash and minimize shareholder equity costs, and that's what this is. Therefore, if you are an investor, it is good because it puts the company in stronger position long term. If you are a day trader then its bad.
97% of the time a secondary is a death nail. Don't listen to anyone on here telling u its a good thing. Dilution of your shares is never good. As soon as the day traders bail today, kerx with crash. I have seen this too many times. Playing with fire here if u still own. I sold in pre market. didn't gain the 90 cents but didn't loose. be careful
as long as you made a profit and didn't take a hit it's a good trade. Don't worry about has been or has not as long as you got your profit. Most people get greedy and then have to take the loss and get #$%$. Don't be that guy ever. I been there alot when i was younger. When you get older you don't do that anymore.
Offer is a good thing. Only remaining perceived fear was dwindling cash reserve. Benstur removed that fear at a time when the existing shareholders won't even feel the dilution. Excellent move. We are fully funded to Phase II pre-D results and buyout/partnership.
