This would be much higher momentum if even partnership rumors were floating about. Look at technicals man, shorts havnt covered yet from last dip and this is more than likely a cover due to support holding up. Every indicator i have shows that so in lease this starts beating short terms highs any fundamental rumors are pretty much irrelevant more than likely untrue.

This is not a stock that moves slowly up over time. This is a stock that drops tick by tick over time until news is announced. If you assume no one is going to buy in the immediate future, before it gets farther down the road with this drug, then people are reasoning "why not let it bleed a few pennies, pick it up on the cheap".
