Gouvernemnts say they have made loans to bankers, but they have really given money to bankers. The money is gone. The bankers didn't invest it in small/medium buisnesses in order to create jobs, they spent it mostly in big bonusses for themselves or play it in the Derivatives' Casinos and are totaly unaccountable to anyone (it seams they have just to say: «I dont know where the money is», or «Oops, I didn't know», or someting like that...;-)
