    Strange stock......can anyone advise as

to what drives this stock to explode to unusual highs and deflate and fall to unusual lows? In other words does anyone know what's going on here?

    • Beta is .4, but most days it trades with general market. Interest rates hikes are seen as threat since prices are regulated and set for time periods. Increase in economic activity increases power consumption I get it, but not sure why the price moves over the months. I hold this stock form the overall return (appreciation plus yield). I also work with this company, I think it is better run then previous, but not the most efficient company. I have noticed their attitude toward customers is a lot more proactive.
