At this point the shorts have no good options. They can:
1) Continue to increase their short position to try to keep the stock price down,
2) Hope their friend AdamF can sucker in enough additional retail shorts to allow the big boys to "offload" their short position, or
3) Start covering and watch the STSI stock price rise faster.
At this point, most of the weak hands who were long are flushed out of STSI. The only other factors that might could bail out the shorts are bad news on A-bloc or a major market crash. I think the chances of either of those happening is very slim; but all that is JMHO...
