    Heres Stars short term problem

although I would have loved to see all the juicy details , P values and such from this thyroid study in the Jan 7th announcement it IS NOT in the best interest or anyone for that to have happened. Star is in a damned if they did damned if they didn't position. You can bet your last dollar IF they would have released details AF seems to be asking for in this line from his first hit piece

" The company claims the study succeeded but failed to disclose any real data"
he would have been bashing them and questioning the validity of the results because they were not peer reviewed.

Now, Look at this line out of todays hit piece
"Are we ever going to see data from any study of anatabine in humans published in an academic journal or presented at a peer-reviewed medical meeting?"

Now he seems to indicate that in order for the data to be meaningful it has to be published or peer reviewed, What todays piece did was to create a big problem OR a huge opportunity for himself. Where does he go from there?
We all know peer review is coming . When it does, if it backs up the successful results Star has indicated they have where does that leave AF?

That's the real question .....how will AF dance around peer review to maintain his storyline of this being snake oil. Star will give this little #$%$ what he is asking for, in a way that's best for the development of the product.....will he in turn become a believer based on publication and peer review and that could actually be his way out of all this ( it just sounded too good to be true back then type #$%$) or will he start a new tact to continue his bashing? it will be interesting to see which way this little shitbag goes for sure....LOL

    • Here's is the contraction of Here is (Stars short term problem).

    • If he does "know" peer rev is coming (I believe that), then it's manipulative opportunity out the kazoo. Bash to cover short low, then reap benefit on peer rev.

He know's it's Star's "time" end this year. "Git it while you can."

    • I hope some people are now seeing why I though replying to AF in the first place might have been a mistake. Now, with his next hit piece, what does Star do? Put out yet another PR? Does this turn into a game of ping pong, where each subsequent PR makes the company look smaller and smaller, almost as if they are a poster on a MB. Tit for tat .... nah nah nah ... etc.

What would have been BETTER for Star to do is have one of their scientists write a rebuttal to AF's first hit piece. Keep it below the level of a PR. They those two, if desired (from Star's perspective), good get into a tit-for-tat.

Why isn't dear Mr. Cox responding to AF?

AF is counting on being right 80% of the time (so he thinks -- that's the percent of all small biotech P3's that fail), and when he's wrong, he'll probably admit and then move on like nothing has happened --- as if his 'reputation' remains in tact.

The only way to truly beat him is not to play his game, produce your science in a peer reviewed journal, and let the testimonials of thousands of anatabloc users speak for themselves.

This post is just one writer's opinion.

    • I am sure STAR is combing through his "story" LOOKING FOR WAYS TO START A LAWSUIT SO THEY CAN GET A COURT ORDER TO GET HIS E-MAILS, TO SEE IF HE WAS TALKING TO ANYONE OF INTEREST. This game is just getting going. If The Street wants to play, I am sure STAR will accommodate them. They are not going to let someone of his ilk screw this up.

There are too many stories of positive effects from numerous persons to think this not a useful product. The sales seem o be ramping up. And, why would professional athletes take this, if it didn't work? They wouldn't.

The problem AF has is when he decides to reverse his course, when the product becomes widely known and sales are acceleratring, that will be the evidence Star needs to prove his actions. As for no data being released, that's the way you do it in the supplement field. You let a third party chime in on what they feel the results showed.

As regards paying for a lawsuit to put AF and his minions out of business, all they have to do is contact the long list of others who have had their stocks trashed by the short bashers. And, I am sure they could contribute their own stories about how their companies were harmed. Damages could be in the hundreds of millions or billions if a joint lawsuit were filed and succeeded.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • I don't care about af. I care about increasing sales. Selling the product and making money will ultimately drive the stock price. Remember, ana-tabloc has only been around for 17 months.

    • Didn't you mean in your headline "Here is AF's problem"?
