Hey Adam learn a little about inflammation
Uncontrolled, abnormal inflammation causes many human diseases in various parts of the body. There is strong scientific evidence that inflammation is the underlying cause of coronary artery disease, diabetes, asthma, Alzheimer’s, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune disorders and more.
Can we regulate or “turn off” uncontrolled inflammation by targeting specific pro-inflammatory signaling pathways?
Pre-clinical studies have shown that anatabine (a naturally-occurring small molecule that is found in some plants) combined with Vitamin A and Vitamin D3 inhibits the JAK-STAT pro-inflammatory pathway thereby reducing inflammation.
How Anatabloc® inhibits the JAK-STAT pro-inflammatory pathway and reduces inflammation
Anatabloc® first enters the cell.
It then inactivates the intracellular protein STAT.
It also prevents STAT from activating NF-kB which also reduces expression pro-inflammatory genes, including IL-1 and IL-6, that depend on NF-kB activation.
Importantly, studies have shown that Anatabloc® reduces CRP levels. This prevents STAT from entering the nucleus, thus reducing expression of pro-inflammatory genes.
Anatabloc® has been shown in pre-clinical tests to assist in maintaining healthy levels of c-reactive protein, indicating that is helps provide anti-inflammatory support.
